ORP — One Replacement Plan

If a successfully deployed candidate leaves voluntarily or is discontinued within one year, Housing Buddy India will provide ONE successful replacement under the same requirement, subject to the applicable ORP terms.

  • Travel charges extra, if required.
  • Police/background verification charges extra, if required.
  • Candidate selection depends on skills, experience, availability and suitability.
  • Suitable rest time, washroom access and a safe working environment must be provided.
  • Duty hours should generally remain between 2 and 10 hours within the deployment window of 8:00 AM–8:00 PM for applicable non-live-in services.
