Deployment Timeline
Suitable
candidates shall be sourced, screened, and deployed within
approximately 2 to 21 working days, subject to
candidate availability, location, verification requirements, and
operational feasibility.
Candidate Interview Process
Housing
Buddy India shall share and coordinate interviews with a maximum of
three (3) suitable candidates initially. Additional
candidate sharing, if applicable, shall be subject to feedback, plan
eligibility, and operational approval.
Travel & Verification Charges
All
candidate-related travel, transportation, relocation, and
verification expenses shall be payable by the client on an
actual basis. Verification charges start from ₹1,500
onwards per candidate, depending on the category and
location.

Security Deposit Requirement
Upon
successful deployment, the client shall maintain a security
deposit equivalent to one month's salary for each deployed
candidate. The deposit must be paid within the prescribed timeline
to ensure uninterrupted service support and replacement eligibility.
Candidate Salary Disbursement
Date
The salary of deployed candidates is processed
and released on the 10th day of every month through
Housing Buddy India as per the agreed salary routing policy.
Client Salary Payment
Schedule
Clients are required to deposit the monthly
salary with Housing Buddy India on or before the 1st day of
every month for the salary period covering the 1st to the
last day of that month. Housing Buddy India shall thereafter release
the salary to the candidate on the 10th of the month. This
operational process is mandatory and forms part of the company's
internal payroll and service management system.
Service Category Classification
Services required in two separate shifts within the same day, even if the total duration is up to 4 hours, shall be treated as a Full-Time Category due to operational allocation and candidate availability constraints.
Any service requirement of 10 hours or more per day shall be classified as a Live-In Category, irrespective of whether accommodation is utilized, and shall be governed by the applicable Live-In service terms and pricing structure.

1. 🏠 Regular Plan For Jamshedpur/Ranchi – Domestic/Commercial (Validity 6 months with replacements)
The Regular Plan is designed for domestic/commercial Clients, offering affordable, transparent, and efficient staffing and domestic help solutions under one uniform pricing model.
This
plan ensures clients get verified and reliable manpower while the
company maintains fair compensation and service sustainability.
₹1,999 (One-time, Non-refundable)
Applicable for all service categories — domestic/commercial
Covers verification, database processing, and administrative setup for candidate sourcing.
Valid for 6 months from (Extended to 1 year in case no/less replacement taken) the date of registration.
Clients can request service activation anytime within this period (subject to availability and terms).
Equivalent to One Month’s Gross Salary of the deployed candidate.
This fee is charged only once, upon successful placement and client approval.
Covers sourcing, background verification, training, onboarding assistance, and performance follow-up. (Traveling cost extra)
Ensures Housing Buddy India’s accountability for service quality, candidate reliability, and continuity.
Replacement support is available within 6 months from the date of deployment.
Number of replacements covered: Up to 2 within the 6-month validity.
Replacement is applicable in cases of:
Candidate discontinuation without notice
Unsatisfactory performance (evaluated case-by-case)
Relocation, medical issues, or emergency unavailability
Note:
Salary difference, if any, due to market or experience variation, shall be borne by the client.
Beyond the 9-month validity, replacement or new deployment will be treated as a fresh service request under applicable terms.
Clients are required to clear all dues (registration and service charges) before deployment.
Housing Buddy India will provide deployment within 7–21 working days, depending on location and category.
The client must provide proper working and residential conditions for deployed staff.
In case of withdrawal or cancellation after confirmation, the registration amount remains non-refundable as it covers sourcing efforts.
Uniform Fee Model: Maintains simplicity and fairness across client categories.
Defined Service Tenure: The 9-month coverage ensures limited liability and manageable replacement control.
Guaranteed Engagement: Clients stay linked for a year, improving conversion for deferred service activation.
Non-refundable Registration: Protects the company’s administrative and sourcing costs.
Flexible Activation: Encourages clients to register early during festive or seasonal offers while availing services later.
Standardized Service Charge: Ensures profitability and operational stability for each deployment.

After deployment, clients are required to:

Share a copy of the acknowledgment with Housing Buddy India for compliance records.
The standard check-in/trial period ranges between 2 to 5 days, depending upon the service category.
If genuine concerns are reported during the check-in period and found valid under company policies, replacement support shall be provided as per the selected plan.
To avoid interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of services:
One month's equivalent salary must be maintained as a Security Deposit.
Salary payments must be routed through Housing Buddy India as per the agreed payment schedule.
All deployment, replacement, and support services remain subject to compliance with company policies and service terms.

Housing Buddy India acts solely as a manpower consulting, recruitment coordination, candidate introduction, screening, verification, and deployment assistance platform. Final employment arrangements remain directly between the client and the deployed candidate.

Replacement Criteria:
To remain eligible for replacement benefits and uninterrupted service support from Housing Buddy India, the following conditions must be strictly followed:
A security deposit equivalent to one month's agreed salary must be deposited within 5 days from the candidate's joining date. Failure to maintain the security deposit may result in suspension of replacement benefits and service support.
All salary payments must be routed through Housing Buddy India only. Clients are required to deposit the salary as per the agreed schedule, and Housing Buddy India shall release the payment to the candidate within two weeks from the date of receipt. Direct salary payments may affect replacement eligibility and service continuity.
Replacement support shall not be applicable in cases involving:
Excessive workload or duties beyond the agreed scope.
Multi-person handling without prior agreement.
Misbehavior, harassment, abusive language, or disrespectful treatment.
Delayed, partial, or untimely salary payments.
Unsafe or unsuitable working conditions.
The standard trial period is limited to 2 days only and shall be treated as a paid trial. Trial days are chargeable and payable irrespective of the final deployment decision.
The standard Turnaround Time (TAT) for deployment or replacement assistance is 7 working days, subject to candidate availability, location feasibility, verification requirements, and operational conditions.
For every deployment or replacement request, the following charges shall be mandatory:
Travel/Transportation Charges: Payable at actual cost.
Verification Charges: Starting from ₹1,500 per candidate, depending on the type and location of verification.
These charges are applicable each time a new candidate is deployed or replaced.
Clients are strictly prohibited from discussing, disclosing, negotiating, or sharing any commercial terms, service arrangements, salary structures, commissions, fees, policies, or agreements communicated by Housing Buddy India with deployed candidates or third parties.
Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate suspension of replacement benefits and service support.
Housing Buddy India strictly follows ethical employment practices. No candidate can be compelled, pressured, forced, or retained against their will.
Candidates may request leave, temporary absence, relocation, medical leave, family leave, or discontinuation of services for personal, medical, family, religious, or emergency reasons. In such cases:
The client shall cooperate reasonably.
Housing Buddy India shall coordinate replacement support as per plan eligibility.
Service validity or replacement tenure may be extended, where applicable, as operational compensation.
To ensure fair working conditions and candidate welfare:
Live-In Candidates: Minimum 2 days leave/holiday per month.
Non Live-In / Full-Time Candidates: Minimum 4 days leave/holiday per month.
Additional leave may be granted based on mutual understanding between the client and candidate.
Failure to provide mandatory leave benefits may affect replacement eligibility and future service support.
All replacement requests remain subject to:
Plan validity
Payment compliance
Operational feasibility
Candidate availability
Location accessibility
Housing Buddy India policies in force at the time of the request
Replacement assistance is a support service and should not be construed as a guarantee of immediate deployment or uninterrupted staffing continuity.

Refunds & Discontinuation.
One Month Equivalent Salary Deposit is mandatory upon successful deployment (Within 5 days of joining) .
Deposit may be adjusted against notice period, final settlement, or operational liabilities.
Failure to maintain the required deposit may result in suspension of services or replacement benefits.
Replacement support is subject to:
Plan validity
Candidate availability
Salary compatibility
Location feasibility
Client compliance
Replacement may be denied if:
Salary is delayed
Candidate is overburdened
Abuse or misconduct complaints are received
Unsafe work environment exists
Work scope differs from agreed requirements
All registration, verification, processing, subscription, deployment coordination, and operational charges are strictly non-refundable once the process has commenced.
No refund shall be applicable after:
Registration
Candidate Sharing
Interview Scheduling
Trial Arrangement
Deployment Coordination
Candidate Joining
In exceptional circumstances, if Housing Buddy India management approves any refund request:
Maximum refund amount shall be limited up to 50% of the amount received.
The remaining amount shall be retained towards administrative, sourcing, verification, operational, and processing expenses.
Approved refunds shall be processed within 90 calendar days from the date of written approval.
Refund approval remains solely at the discretion of Housing Buddy India Management.
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Legal Clause:
"Any refund, if approved by Housing Buddy India under exceptional circumstances, shall be restricted to a maximum of 50% of the amount received and shall be released within 90 calendar days from the date of written approval. Housing Buddy India reserves the sole and absolute right to approve, reject, hold, review, or partially settle any refund request without assigning any reason."
To ensure smooth service continuity and operational compliance, Housing Buddy India reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, withdraw, or terminate services with immediate effect after deployment under any of the following circumstances:
1. Security Deposit Compliance
A
security deposit equivalent to one month's salary must be paid within
5 working days of successful deployment. Failure to
comply may result in immediate suspension or discontinuation of
services and replacement benefits.
2. Police Verification Compliance
Clients
are required to submit the deployed candidate's photo ID and relevant
details to the nearest Police Station (PS) and share the
acknowledgment/receipt with Housing Buddy India. Non-compliance may
lead to service discontinuation without further notice.
3. Salary Routing Policy
All
salary payments must be made to Housing Buddy India on or before the
1st of every month. Housing Buddy India shall
release the salary to the deployed candidate on the 10th of
every month. This policy is mandatory and non-negotiable and
cannot be altered under any circumstances.
4. Fair Working Conditions
Housing
Buddy India follows a strict fair employment policy. Services may be
discontinued immediately if any of the following are reported or
observed:
Excessive workload or overburdening of the candidate.
Delayed, partial, or untimely salary payments.
Multi-person handling or additional responsibilities beyond the agreed scope of work.
Misbehavior, harassment, abuse, intimidation, or disrespectful conduct towards the candidate.
Unsafe, unhealthy, or unsuitable working/living conditions.
5. Security Deposit Adjustment
The
security deposit shall be adjusted either:
At the successful completion of the service tenure; or
Against the mandatory 60-day prior notice period required for service closure or discontinuation.
Any outstanding dues, liabilities, damages, or unpaid obligations may be adjusted from the security deposit before final settlement.
Housing Buddy India reserves the sole right to suspend, discontinue, or terminate services, replacement benefits, subscriptions, and support services without liability where any of the above conditions are violated. Such action shall not entitle the client to any refund, compensation, or claim against Housing Buddy India.
All services, agreements, registrations, subscriptions, deployments, replacements, communications, transactions, disputes, claims, legal proceedings, and matters arising directly or indirectly from Housing Buddy India services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The parties expressly agree that the Courts located within the State of Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes, claims, proceedings, and legal actions arising from or related to Housing Buddy India services.
No other court, tribunal, forum, or jurisdiction shall have authority unless expressly agreed to in writing by Housing Buddy India.
In the event of any dispute, disagreement, complaint, or claim arising between the client, candidate, and Housing Buddy India, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through written communication.
If the matter remains unresolved, it shall be referred to mediation and thereafter arbitration before initiating any court proceedings.
The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Jharkhand, India, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon all parties.
Housing Buddy India acts solely as a recruitment facilitator, manpower consultant, candidate introduction platform, and deployment coordination service.
Housing Buddy India shall not be liable for:
Candidate behavior or conduct.
Theft, negligence, misconduct, or criminal acts committed by any candidate.
Personal disputes between clients and candidates.
Salary disputes between clients and candidates.
Medical emergencies.
Family disputes.
Property damage claims.
Emotional distress.
Loss of business.
Consequential or indirect damages.
Future actions or decisions taken by candidates after deployment.
The maximum liability of Housing Buddy India, under any circumstances, shall be limited to the registration amount actually paid by the client for the specific service request.
Housing Buddy India does not guarantee:
Candidate availability.
Candidate selection.
Candidate acceptance of employment.
Long-term retention.
Compatibility between client and candidate.
Continuous staffing.
Immediate replacement.
Future conduct of any candidate.
All manpower services are subject to market availability, operational feasibility, location accessibility, candidate willingness, and mutual agreement between the client and candidate.
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Housing Buddy India, its directors, employees, associates, consultants, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, legal expenses, costs, or proceedings arising from:
Misuse of services.
Violation of company policies.
Improper treatment of candidates.
Non-payment of salary.
Non-compliance with local laws.
Workplace accidents.
Employment-related disputes.
Third-party claims.
False allegations.
Housing Buddy India performs screening and verification based on information and documents available at the time of recruitment.
However, Housing Buddy India does not and cannot guarantee the future conduct, intentions, honesty, criminal background, mental state, or actions of any candidate.
Clients are strongly advised to complete local police verification and maintain appropriate security measures before and during deployment.
The client agrees that the following shall constitute valid and legally admissible evidence:

SMS communication
Emails
Recorded calls
Video calls
Payment receipts
Screenshots
Digital invoices
Online acknowledgments
Payment, email acknowledgment, WhatsApp confirmation, candidate interview participation, or deployment confirmation shall constitute acceptance of all company terms and policies.
Any false, misleading, malicious, defamatory, or reputation-damaging statements made against Housing Buddy India, its employees, directors, associates, candidates, or affiliates through social media, websites, review platforms, messaging platforms, or public forums may result in civil and/or criminal legal action.
Housing Buddy India reserves the right to seek compensation, damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal expenses arising from such actions.
By making payment, registering, requesting deployment, participating in interviews, accepting candidate profiles, confirming deployment, or continuing to use Housing Buddy India services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all applicable terms, policies, disclaimers, replacement conditions, refund rules, operational guidelines, and legal limitations of Housing Buddy India.
