 USP: We absorbed a local agency to serve you locally (Screening / Verification / Deployment), Operating since 2008 and to date we have 30K clients all over globe.

1.     Please pay 30% of total Housing buddy charges (Live in= Minimum delivery time is 30 days and Live out = Minimum delivery time is 21 Days/Non Refundable) -OR- (refer to point 2)

Note: the above salary is for female domestic candidates only and for male candidates it will be 30% more.

2.     Registration amount (Non-Refundable: valid for a lifetime) Rs. 6000 for Live-in (Minimum time is 30 days), Rs. 3000 for Full time (Minimum time is 21 days), and Rs. 1500 (minimum time is 7 to 21 days) for Live out upfront.

3.       Housing buddy yearly services charge for Live in (24/7): 25K INR

4.       However we basically charge on the basis of deployment hours such as 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 hours of domestic help and are fixed (refer above). 

5.       Deploying someone 24/7 is not a service but it’s more of responsibility from both sides (Client and candidate as well). We do lots of investment, we do lots of tie-ups, we do lots of development, we do lots of training, we run daily campaigns, and we are 20 in-house staff and 130 associates all over India. Basically, it’s not a service charge but a kind of investment that we do to avail you of the service whether you take it for 1 month or 1 year or more, the investment will be the same.

6.       The standard payout for maids is between 250 to 400 Rs per day. The standard payout for cooking is between 300 to 500 Rs. per day. The standard payout for nurse/Attainder /Elder Care/Child care is between 400 to 800 Rs per day. The standard payout for drivers is between 400 to 600 Rs per day.

7.       We take a minimum of 30 days to 45 days time to deploy manpower according to the requirement of the client’s place. However, it can be done in 2 days but the necessary time for screening and verification is a must, and also the Time may extend in case the location or area is blacklisted or improper or not suitable or traveling issue for the maid to work. 

8.       We will not be able to refund the registration amount paid by the client in case we are unable to deploy domestic help, but to deploy ASAP we can.                 

9.       70% (Balance Amount) will be paid by the client on the very first day of the date of joining domestic help.

10.                No refund request considered at any/all conditions when domestic help deployed at the client’s place more and worked than 5 days but replacement throughout the year.

11.                Client can interview, observe attitude, explain work culture and work, negotiate salary and verify by submitting a photo ID to the nearest police station of domestic help before deploying to their house to avoid any issues.

12.                We do all kinds of verification of domestic help including, police, residential, and background. We request the client submit a relevant document of the domestic maid to the nearest police station to avoid future allegations.

13.                We also request the client to send us, their police verification or character certificate to avoid future allegations by domestic maids or by their families.

14.                Client gets the first 5 days of time to check whether the domestic help is according to the requirement or not. If not satisfied with the work, the client will get a replacement for free within a minimum of 21 days of time minimum for this client needs to send back the maid by offering her a traveling ticket as well as the 5 days' salary ASAP.

15.                If not checked within 7 days of time or in case found appropriate later then a minimum of 60 days time will be taken for replacement also one month's salary to be paid to domestic help as well. Or client and domestic help can settle the situation mutually.

16.                We are committed to providing manpower services and don’t guarantee the behavior (Positive or negative) of the domestic help, client can obtain a character certificate from the nearest police station or home police station by submitting the relevant documents to ensure future allegations.

17.                We never get into any bond or contract with domestic help. However, it is an independent decision of the client to get the work done from the client and domestic help to work for the client on a monthly, yearly, or any scheduled time basis.

18.                No replacement when direct salary to domestic help, untimely salary, overburdened work, and behavior issues.

19.                Replacement Salary Hike: There may be an increment or hike in domestic help salary from the first salary offered and it cannot be the same as offered previously.

20.                Replacement Policy: Service is limited to one year time. We can provide a maximum of 1 replacement during the first 6 months.  (Minimum time for replacement in any /all conditions is 21 days from the date requested via email only and we can send a maximum of 3 candidates for interview throughout the period only)

21.                However if there is no replacement taken within 6 months time or if have requested for replacement then it would be totally housing buddy’s decision to provide a replacement or not during the next six months of time.

22.                No replacement in a year- In case of salary negotiation, misbehavior, excess burden, untimely salary, multi-person handling, etc..

 

So with the number of COVID cases continuing to rise across the country and the level of contagion spread rising beyond sporadic outbreaks, is it the right time to call back the domestic help and utility servicepersons it needs to be? Precautious enough, you should avoid it. However, if you can’t avoid it, then the precautions to be taken must be optimal and devoid of any sort of humanistic carelessness.

 

23.                Keep spare masks for your help/utility serviceperson

24.                If the individual entering your home for the above purposes isn’t wearing the mask, then in the best-case scenario you should prefer to not take their services. But just in case, a mask should be the welcome fabric in these COVID-infested times and sanitizer/hand wash should be an immunity solution to be used firsthand while ensuring a safe social distance of five feet of course.

25.                 Social distancing

26.                You and everyone else in the family must keep a safe social distance from anyone entering your home but who is not your immediate family member. For the time being, the fact needs to be reemphasized that ‘social distancing is the social vaccine’ of the novel coronavirus.

27.                Sanities the things used/touched by them

28.                Be it utensils or the portions of your curtain; sanitize everything which has come in contact with your domestic help or utility serviceperson. If this seems too much, then recall that this is the biggest health crisis you are confronting in your entire life so far, and these extreme situations demand extreme precautions.

29.                Maintain precautious hygienic eating standards

30.                Possibly, you have already increased your clean-the-veggies/fruits standards by now in the wake of coronavirus cases being recorded in the vegetable markets across the country. Henceforth, if you happen to receive some edible item from your domestic help or utility service person – be extra cautious.

31.                Act as a family to your domestic help

32.                The country is going through such a critical period when the people lying at the underprivileged strata are most vulnerable. Act as a morale booster to your domestic help; to stimulate a positive mental positioning needed the most to overcome these tumultuous times.
